We start with the leaderheads. 20 Wagner style with 3" outlets were placed around the home. Each piece is hand cut, shaped and soldered together. These were 16 ounce copper.

The downspout brackets start with a foundry pattern, above, and pouring molten metal into sand, right.

Each cast piece we sell is hand finished here in " the Salt Mines ".

The parts are usually sanded, drilled cut & polished, taped and thrown in top a secret finishing machine. The parts may at that point be applied a non chemical finish for a oil rubbed and/or polished appearance.
