1/2 round gutters-Laguna Beach

Ogee Gutters- Pasadena

Ms. McClane selected 5" ogee gutters with mitered ends and 2" X 3" downspouts. Plain bronze downspout bracket were used on most of the house. On a house this old rotten rafter wood and settled foundations make for the usual challenges. However, we also had to appease the old town Historical review board, whom, having viewed the quality of materials had no issue. The rear of this home had settled bad enough on the opposite end of the desired downspout location that when it rain the gutters overflowed. Problem was there was no good spot for a second downspout.

In our trade, we call this a banana roof. The left end is three inches low.
