prefer Mastercard or Visa for deposits and payments for shipped product. All
sales are final. Fully refundable samples may be ordered. Generally, products
are created on demand from our patterns. In stock items are shipped right away
and non stock items usually take 2-6 weeks. The best way to order is to send
us a fax with quantities, billing and or shipping information. We usually fax
back a confirmation with cost, and it becomes a active order once a deposit
is received. Credit and NET 30 terms may be offered to repeat customers with
a history with us. Shipping cost cannot be determined until the items are packaged
and weighed, but we do not mark up shipping. A copy of the ups bill is usually
