Gutters:
Make sure the the spike and ferrule or Hidden Hangers that secure the gutters are tight, and plentiful enough. In some cases downspouts may be quieted by using adhesive caulking to " glue " them to the wall. Water flowing down the pipe sometimes makes excessive noise. String a length of rope down the spout from the top, or put a sponge at the elbow to controll the flow of water. Leaderheads allow air into the system, preventing vacuum brake in the rather narrow downspout and helping the whole system drain better.
